Saito Pineball Recipe
45ml Saito Shochu
45ml Pineapple juice
Fresh squeeze half lime
1. In a shaker with ice, add Saito Shochu, pineapple juice and squeeze lime.
2. Shake it hard, pour in highball glass and fill with soda water.
3. Garnish with pineapple slice.
Saito, made in Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. The origin defines the brand and also differentiates it from other brands as its brewing area is famous for Fushimizu natural spring water. This medium-hard water is originally the same water as Gokonomiya Shrine.
