When is delivery available?

Delivery is available from Monday-Friday between 11am-9pm. No deliveries on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

Who can receive my order?

Order must be received by persons legally aged 18 or above. We reserve the right to request for a valid photo ID for verification.

Can I choose a time slot?

Delivery slots are available upon check out (11am-2pm / 3pm-9pm).

What happen if I fail to receive or collect my order?

Failed delivery, rescheduling is subjected to available delivery schedule. There will be a re-delivery fee of S$20 if your delivery fails for more than two (2) attempts.

Failed collection, orders will be voided after 7 days. If you would like to arrange for re-delivery, please contact us via the Contact Us form. Delivery fee of S$15 and processing charge of S$10 is applicable.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Please contact us via the Contact Us form to update address before within 24hrs before delivery. In the event order delivered to wrong address indicated in the order, we will not be liable for any lost or stolen parcel.

Can I deliver to an overseas address?

We do not have overseas shipping option at the moment.

My items have yet to arrive, what should I do?

Please contact us via the Contact Us form with your shipping address and Order ID so that we can check your delivery status with our courier.


Who can place/receive the order?

You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase alcoholic beverages from this site and received the delivery package. We reserve the right to request a valid photo ID for verification.

How do I know if my order is placed successfully?

An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email upon successful checkout.

If I want to change my order, what do I do?

Please contact us via the Contact Us form and we will advise accordingly.

How to cancel my order?

Cancellation is only allowed 24 hours before the selected delivery schedule. Please contact us via the Contact Us form. No cancellation is allowed during the day of delivery.

Can I request for return/refund?

AESG guarantee that every item is in good condition upon receipt. We strongly recommend you to inspect any goods that are delivered to you immediately upon receipt to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

What happens if my items are missing, incorrect or damaged?

Please contact us via the Contact Us form so that we could evaluate the issue. Issue on goods are non-returnable under the condition of; change of mind upon receipt and misuse or inappropriate handling and storage of the products upon receipt. We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.

What currency am I charged in?

All our prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and your credit card will be charged in Singapore dollars. For foreign credit card holders, your credit card provider will convert your payment based on the bank’s current exchange rates.
