I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be amended once the order has been placed successfully. In the event of wrong address is indicated in the order, and the parcel is delivered by courier, we will not be liable for any lost or stolen parcel. The courier will charge an additional cost for change of address for undelivered parcels with wrong or invalid addresses.

Do you deliver to overseas address?

We do not have overseas shipping option at the moment. Please contact us via the Contact Us form for overseas purchase.

My items have yet to arrive, what should I do?

Should you not be able to receive your items as per the indicated delivery schedule, please contact us via the Contact Us Form with your shipping address and Order ID so that we can check your delivery status with our courier.

Can I choose a time slot?

Delivery timing is subjected to our delivery schedule and can be anytime between 10am to 5pm. If you would like to make a request, contact us via the Contact Us Form but deliveries are ultimately subject to our schedule.


Who can place/receive the order?

You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase alcoholic beverages from this site and received the delivery package. We reserve the right to request a valid photo ID for verification.

How do I know if my order is placed successfully?

An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email upon confirmation of your order, it will contain your order details.

If I want to change my order, what do I do?

You may contact us via the Contact Us Form to enquire and we’ll see what we can do to change your order.

Cash on delivery option is only available for self-collection. All other delivery order will only be confirmed after payment is received.
