The delivery address for an order must be a valid Singapore residential address. We do not deliver to P.O. Box, Parcel Lockers or restricted zones.

Our delivery schedule is from Monday-Friday between 11am-9pm. Delivery schedule is not available on Saturday, Sundays and on Singapore’s Public Holidays.
In the event of failed delivery, a message will be sent to you for another time arrangement. Rescheduling is subjected to available delivery schedule. There is a re-delivery fee of S$20 if your delivery fails for more than two (2) attempts.
You will be informed of the applicable delivery charge of your order when you confirm the items you wish to purchase by clicking on the “check out” button.

The order confirmation email and photo ID is required upon collection.

All uncollected goods/orders will be voided after 7 days. If you would like to arrange for re-delivery, please contact us via the Contact Us Form. A delivery fee of S$15 and a processing charge of S$10 is applicable.
